She serves on the board of the non-profit dZi Foundation, which promotes the education, health, culture and welfare of indigenous mountain communities in Nepal and India.

She also held leadership roles in Steele’s two major fundraising events, the East Washington Park House Tour and the Steele Silent Auction.

Liz has also served as the Public Representative on the North Central Association Board of Trustees, which is responsible for the accreditation of schools in 19 states, the Navajo Nation and the Department of Defense Schools.
